Exporting Records from Databases: Guide

Yes, you can export up to 20 citations at a time from Google Scholar into any Citation Management Software

1. Go to settings - click on the 3 bars in the upper left. Then go down to settings. 
2. Change "Results per page" from the default 10 to 20. This is currently the highest you can choose.  
3. Under Bibliographic Manager select the "show links to import citations into". Then, from the dropdown select "RefMan" for Zotero and Mendeley (.RIS) or Endnote for Endnote.
4. Click Save.
5. When you search you can save the citations you're interested in. You can create folders for specific topics in your library as well. They'll be added to "My Library."
6. When you're finished saving the relevant citations, Go to "My Library" (upper right side). Then select the folder you want to export.
7. Click on Export All at the top - you can choose RefMan for Zotero and Mendeley or Endnote for Endnote. It will export the first 20 articles. To export more articles go to the next page, and click on "export all" again.

For Nursing or Public Health students and faculty that are working on Scoping or Systematic reviews and you are using Covidence or Rayyan to do your screening/data extraction you can use the same process as Zotero/Mendeley.
